English Muffin Pizzas

Lunch was quick in between meetings.  ..

Bite sized frosted mini wheats, pineapple 2% chobani – LOVE this one – super creamy and sweet, and a clementine.

Came home tired and hungry after work, managed 25 minutes on the bike and a few strength training moves with 10 pound weights.

Dinner was one of our favorites. English muffin pizzas. Super delicious and easy to make.

Take an english muffin and split in half, cover with pizza sauce, add favorite toppings (we like pineapple and pepperoni) and cover with cheese. Broil on low for a few minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Sliced yellow pepper on the side.

A piece of pistachio bread was a good addition too!

Green bread!

Cute Abby picture for today,

Off to watch the Biggest Loser and stay warm on the couch. We can hear the wind howling outside! Have a good night. See ya tomorrow. 🙂

  1. Have never done English Muffin pizzas. I have some gluten-free ones in my fridge. Will have to check it out.
