Lunch was full of green olives and ham. I checked out the hopsital cafeteria for lunch today. We have lectures over the lunch hour at the hospital every day, and can get free lunch there if we want too. Usually I try to snag some fresh fruit or veggies from there to round out my lunch, but today, got my whole lunch there.
On the menu: Ham, pinapple glazed carrots and green olives (snagged from the salad bar!)
Usually their ham is pretty good. . . but today they went heavy on the cloves and the outside was slightly burnt so not the best. The carrots were also a little weird with the pinapple glaze, almost too sweet. Thankfully the HUGE green olives saved the day – so yummy!
After work, I headed to the YMCA for a 5 mile run on the treadmill. It was nice to just run. . . I listened this playlist. . .

Dinner came together quickly. Scott made these yummy scones from Crate and Barrel that I gave him for Christmas.
I whipped up some scrambled eggs to go with them.
