Breakfast was quick and yummy.
Caramel skim latte and a honey nut cheerio bar.
Lunch was salad. . . including:
- romaine lettuce
- green olives
- snap peas
- turkey chunks
- sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- a couple of croutons
- blue cheese dressing
A pineapple chobani – 2% – YUM! so rich and creamy.
And dark chocolate adora calcium.
Dinner was “clean out the fridge before we leave tomorrow for Colorado.”
In the mix:
Tonight I am heading over to St. Peter to Gustavus Adolphus college to talk to the pre-med club about becoming a doctor!
