Dinner done!


Lunch was an awesome pb and jelly sandwich. 2 slices of Dakota bread from Great Harvest, crunchy JIF pb and strawberry jam. So awesome! I also had an apple.



Afternoon snack was a granola bar.

After work, Scott and I made a quick trip to Sam’s club to load up on milk, fruit (raspberries, grapes, apples, blackberries, and blueberries), lettuce, and carrots.

It was a balmy 72 degrees here after work, so we headed out for a nice run. Abby seemed to do better with the heat today, and we all made it 5 miles!


Afterward, Abby and I hit up the basement for Level 2 of 30 Day Shred! Man, level 2 was good. I got even more sweaty! And Abby wanted to play. . .  Smile Jillian promised again to get me shredded and said she would see me tomorrow! My muscles hurt, so that must be good – right?


Dinner was a salad of leftovers. Lettuce (just bought at Sam’s club), grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, asparagus, sprinkle of blue cheese and crushed tortilla chips and ham (from Easter!) Topped with lite honey mustard dressing.


We finished dinner with some delicious raspberries! I heart fresh fruit.


Dessert: more leftover Easter candy!

Bedtime is quickly approaching. . . see you on Thursday!
