Awesome Sunday morning, spent with my two favorites: Abby and CSL!
After I wouldn’t give her some of my CSL, she decided her time would be better spent pouting!
After breakfast, we all headed to Drummer’s Garden Center to pick up some plantings for our yard.
We had some fun wandering through all the trees, shrubs, plants, and water features!
Koi. . . maybe we need to get a pond – I know Abby would enjoy it.
We got quite a few things that will keep us busy!
Unfortunately, Abby had to wait in the car, but she was happy to see us when we got back!
Shopping worked up quite the appetite, so we made a quick stop at McDonalds and shared the chicken McNugget meal.
And return of the finger model. . .
We were both nuggetized!
We had some fun in the backyard, while Scott did the unloading.
I also had a chance to finally take a close up pic of that tulip (when it wasn’t raining!)
And some cute ones of Abby in the sunshine!
The rest of the afternoon was spent catching up on the DVR and working on my project. Fun excel graph making!
Abby, Scott and I went for a run in the beautiful sunshine and 61 degrees. Ran about 4.5 miles.
Dinner was Great Harvest cinnamon chip bread made into french toast.
Add syrup and blackberries = perfect Sunday night dinner.
Abby enjoyed syrup clean-up!
Scott has been talking about Cold Stone all weekend so after dinner, we made a quick trip to get a large crème de menthe shake to share.
Now we are enjoying it while watching Survivor Finale! Go Boston Rob!
