Breakfast: CSL and frosted mini wheats
Lunch: Italian wedding soup from the hospital cafeteria, carrots and celery with ranch dressing
Snack: Kashi granola bar and an apple
Dinner: HUGE salads: lettuce, carrots, peppers, shaved turkey, chopped apple, crushed tortilla chips, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, light blue cheese dressing.
Dessert: Strawberry smoothies: chobani strawberry yogurt, frozen strawberries, OJ and topped with banana chips, chia seeds, chocolate hazelnut butter.
Run 5 miles with Scott and Abby in beautiful sunshine and 68 degrees!
